Can i use multiple discount codes on my order?

Unfortunately not, you can only use one discount code per order.

How do I use a promo or voucher code?

On the checkout page, enter your code into the Promo Code box and click “APPLY”. The discount will then be applied. Simply check out as normal.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to process all orders within 3-5 working days. 

Standard delivery approximately takes 2-3 working days £3.99 

Free uk standard shipping on orders over £60. 

Your item(s) will be delivered by your local post office so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card will be left advising you how and where your delivery can be collected. 

Can I get a gift sent directly to someone else?

Yes! All gifts can be sent directly to the person of your choice. Receipts and order confirmations are emailed to you, the sender. 

How do I add my personal message for the notecard?

Notecards are included for free with every gift box, Once you select your notecard and add your gift to the cart you can add a personal message at the checkout page. 

Is the packaging included in the price?

Yes, each gift is presented in our signature packaging.
